Very sorry to hear on my fellow Houstonian as this is real bad news. I see Leone is back…..WHY ???????? He is just awful.
Get used to it as management will do nothing but the usual tweak. This entire organization needs a full overhaul.
Embarrassing to watch a Cardinal team this inept with the bat. Sadly I see it all year then watch the BS flow from the front office.

Agree with you and been a Duke BB and Cowboys fan forever as well. This Cardinal team depresses me to no end and with all they need to do to contend it could be years before this organization gets it right again. I have zero confidence in MO turning it around and that is an enormous problem.

What you see today is the same performance we have seen over and over again the last two years. Team cannot hit. The real travesty is don’t look for any noticeable changes all year.
3 hits thru seven. Good Lord a broken record. Time to switch to the college Super regionals.As much college baseball as I watch I was real please to see the Kentucky kid taken. He was healthy all year and can pitch. They will have to pony up to get the other guy away from Vandy.
IMO my fellow Texan Wacha is done in St. Louis. His inability to stay healthy I am sure as a factor but hate to see his demise as at one point thought he could be a real productive part of the rotation.
My only real point in bringing up the great one was all over baseball watching pitchers getting pulled after 6. Then get praise heaped on for the effort. Sad to me.
With the Cards starters I seldom care as it looks like we only have one capable of going deep in games. Again, how sad.Imaging how the great Bob Gibson burns when he sees a Cards starter pulled after six like clockwork? Sad to see.
I am frustrated beyond words like many of you guys and for good reason..500 baseball is laughable and what I see with this bunch is not an uptick in play but the rest of the year around .500. This continues and I can see 30-35 thousand a game by all star break when we will be out of the race for the year. IF this pans out and I pray I am wrong then clean house and not just in the front office. They better find a GM that knows how to rebuild and not do an Astros tank. That will never fly in St.Louis with the best fans in baseball.
I come home from watching my little grandaughter in a school talent show so log in to see the score and damn near throw up at the performance.
There really are no words to describe how bad this team is. Wacha is just awful and I doubt you could get a used rosen bag for him in a trade.

I lost confidence in Mo long ago and what really galls me is living in Houston all my life and being a Cards fan since I was 8 years old seeing the Astros make moves that work like clockwork and breezing to another trip to the playoffs under you know who that used to be in St.Louis.
Hard to take seeing my team just almost embarrass this proud franchise.When I saw the schedule I thought about driving to Arlington ( I live in Houston) to catch the series. This team is so bad now I dropped those plans. Sad and I really feel bad for those great fans in St. Louis.
Again this team has the looks of the sad sack Matheny club till he was fired. One hit today and a Carpenter needs to be set on the bench. Never seen him look as bad as he looks.
Team is almost unwatchable.I try to NEVER get to high or too low watching the team I have been a fan of since I was 8 years old. I had to turn it off long before it was over as it was hard to believe this was a ML club playing.
This team has the sad look of a third place finish in the division. That happens and the place needs to be cleaned out starting with MO.How embarrassing to watch these hitters K with such regularity.
