He will win but that’s was an ugly September for him.
He most likely be back. He is 41 and he is not a top starter anymore. He did eat innings but that’s about all he brings to the table. I rather he retires but I wouldn’t be appalled if they bring him back.
and yet Gorman was included in the post season roster and actually contributed. Both him and Yepez came in as pinch hitters and did the job
He is right we deserved better from him. I hope he retires but I doubt he will.
Mr. GameCard is Donovan I know how you like not to misspell Cardinals players names
Not my opinion like I said to some posters have written him off. I think at 22 he has a high ceiling.
According to many here Gorman is a bust at 22 so he has no ceiling. O’Neill needs to stay healthy and I don’t this he can so no ceiling. Carlson regressed this year but I think at 23 he has time to improve so he has an average ceiling. Yepez maybe a lower ceiling than Carlson since only a DH type. Burleson I don’t think his ceiling is very high. Walker I think has the highest ceiling of them all. Gomez don’t know much about him so I won’t rate him.
If the Cardinals trade Edman will you follow him and become his new team fan?
GameCard fixation on Edman is just weird. He only talks about him. I guess the man crush is real.
Are you Eddie’s agent? You are obsess with him.
That’s a huge contract Mr. Trout has. He has been injured the last two seasons playing 36 and 119 games respectively. He owed 296M the next 8 years. The Cardinals would be crazy to take him. The Angels on the other hand would be more than happy to trade him

This 1 for 15 from you #3 and 4 hitters is not going to cut it. The Mets got one hit last night. Superior or not they both got their butts handed to them.
October 9, 2022 at 11:45 am in reply to: 2022 Wild Card Series Game 2 thread – Saturday, October 8 vs. Phillies #204053They are most seasons a good club. They haven’t been very good during the post season last few years. That won’t change unless they get an ace, a closer and left handed power bat.
At least Gorman got a hit and a rbi in an important situation. That’s more than the big guns did all series.

October 6, 2022 at 3:52 pm in reply to: 2022 Wild Card Series Game 1 thread – Friday, October 7 vs. Phillies #203467Don’t have a warm fuzzy feeling about this series. But I think the home field advantage will till it the Cards way. They have two very good pitchers that’s a concern.

September 30, 2022 at 4:16 pm in reply to: 2022 Cardinals MLB Game 157 thread – Friday, September 30 vs. Bucs #202872I understand but in this case such WC#1 has a better record than the Cards so I have no problem with it. and if the Cards were the first wildcard then why not have that advantage in the future if needed.
September 30, 2022 at 3:08 pm in reply to: 2022 Cardinals MLB Game 157 thread – Friday, September 30 vs. Bucs #202863why isn’t fair? how would you do it? The division winner gets the team with the worst record.
