Firing the manager is usually a knee-jerk reaction. Just an observation it won’t stand up in court but there is something off with this team and the manager looks angry and lost.
It is interesting all the examples of teams that were far behind at any point of season making the playoffs. Those are the exception. Most won’t make it. The Cardinals have plenty of time to do just that. This team may get back probably will but they are just not that good.
I am not implying anything. If I thought he regrets his contract I would say it. But his demeanor is bad. Maybe it is the slump. But something is off. Maybe after he breaks out of the slump he will be fine. Players are human maybe it is in his personal life. Who knows? Making an observation not trying to imply anything.
He looks unhappy. It doesn’t mean he doesn’t care. But something is off with him. Maybe the “not to blame” manager can help him.
Well hitting Gorman third is wrong. Burleson in right is wrong. Put Donovan second in the order and Gorman fifth.
