This is a nice injury update. Mid May for Carlson (I knew that was at least 6 weeks. I’ve had multiple shoulder sprains) end of May for Tommy. So we watch Scott flounder for at least 3 more weeks?
It appears to me that Mr.Shady and Burleson are polarizing characters. Burleson looks like most of the guys I work around. He just has a better swing. I hope he can stick around. But his numbers all need to get significantly better, or I think he will be an Athletic soon. Or a Marlin. Shady is firmly in his corner. Kinda like a pr guy. Carry on.
Look @ TGKS’s numbers. If you can hit for power consistently you will play. If you can’t play defense and can’t hit for power you will not.
Pro tip: Put some of this stuff on the catfish fiddlers. Make sure you have plenty of slushies.
Burleson won’t get too many more starts when Noot gets called up. Herrera has seen to that. I suggest jumping on his bandwagon.

I’m not going to pout about this game. We didn’t get their bottom of the order guys out and we needed anothwer big hit. Masyn Winn is worth what I paid to watch. And Goldy on defense. Now I gotta pay for staying up too late. Off to work. Ps Mik gets a green check

Sounds great! Substitute Arnold Palmer half and half for the milk. The raw onions gonna tear me up later but I’m willing to pay the consequences!
To me they look much better because of the defense. It’s 10 games. Getting Gray, Noot, and Carlson back will really help both the pitching and offense. Hopefully Carlson can continue the improved play he showed in spring training. Scott should be sent down today. We aren’t doing him any favors by keeping him up. We need much better play from Goldy and Arenado, or we are a 500 team. But still it beats the fiasco that was 2023.

It’s not rocket science. Good start by Gibson we have a good chance to sweep. We will score 4 or 5 runs.
