KeepComingBackParticipantBest guess is Fernandez, Munoz and Roycroft if they go with three pitchers. All on the 40 man
Sounds logical to me. Good luck to Oli managing the bullpen the next 2 months. Hopefully 25′ ends with some hope from those guys
KeepComingBackParticipantNo surprises. They traded all the expiring contracts without NTC’S. All the rest of the talk was just speculation. GScottar makes the point about Mo truly being lame duck now. Really he has been all season. Best of luck to him but Im way past ready for the change.
KeepComingBackParticipantI never thought I would say I would rather have Burly than Noot. But it’s not reaĺly close. Burly has stayed healthy and progressed. Noot hasn’t.
KeepComingBackParticipantonly about 10% of minor leaguers traded at the trade deadline ever become regular mlb players!
That’s my point. Actually only 10% of ALL minor leagugers make it to the bigs. So criticizing this trade by sayimg these players have little chance of ever making it to the majors isn’t really going out on a limb, is it? They are in dire need of right handed hitting power prospects and they got one. They got 2 other pitchers who profile to what they drafted this year. Im guessing this has Blooms fingerprints all over it. Give it at least the the 10% chance the odds say it has!
KeepComingBackParticipant! My guess is none of these three will ever play mlb for any team,
It would be great to here why you guess that. You must know something about these players we don’t? Educate us.
KeepComingBackParticipantNothing real exciting but seems reasonable return for a Helsley rental.
Some guys just want to hate on Mo no matter what. Anyone paying attention knows it’s past time for him to go. No need to rub it in. If this works out it’s a Bloom move. If it doesn’t it Mo.
KeepComingBackParticipantBaez is young right handed and has some power potential. This is what you get for a rental having a down season. Baez story isnt written yet. A3
KeepComingBackParticipantBaez is already ranked #6 Cardinals prospect

KeepComingBackParticipantThat hit by Walker makes me think the game might be slowing down some for him.

KeepComingBackParticipantMarrero and Pagnozzi and company in the late 90s were pretty awful too.
Atlanta thought enough of Marrero to take him in the Wainwright trade.
KeepComingBackParticipantIt doesn’t sound like Crooks and Bernal are as close as we all would like them to be. I think Brian and Kyle nailed what would/should happen @ the trade deadline.

KeepComingBackParticipantHerrera makes his first out in left field. Loved the big smile. We DO forget it’s a game that’s supposed to be fun to watch and play. $ changes a lot of things.
KeepComingBackParticipantWetherholt really struggling today with pitches up. In 2 at bats, I believe all his strikes have been swinging. That’s concerning.
Pitchers find a hole in a batters swing. How quick the hitter can adjust is the issue. He wasn’t going to keep hitting 500.

KeepComingBackParticipantIt’s not even closd Dom. I reviewed both players careers yesterday. They were pretty close until NA started declining. Machado is going to lap him in war this year. Machado will go down as a much better player. He’s still a legitimate mib. Arenado would be a bench player if not for that contract.
KeepComingBackParticipantYou aren’t wrong Card4

KeepComingBackParticipantI got a new Biolite smokeless grill. So im grilling burgers. Its hot. Cottage cheese on the side. Wash down with Arnie Palmer half and half iced tea and lemonade. I have some nice cold watermelon i the fridge. Later I imagine that other pint of Ben and Jerrys will be consumed. Good or bad I love baseball.
KeepComingBackParticipantWesterholt has thrived at every level Bling. Why would aaa be any different.

KeepComingBackParticipantWell that was fun. A win, a dustup. What more do you want on a friday night?

KeepComingBackParticipantSorry to report the attempt to eat only 1/2 pint of the Ben and Jerrys was a failure.

KeepComingBackParticipantWell, Dierburghs has Ben and Jerry’s on sale for 2$ off. Now I don’t lke Ben and Jerry’s politics or their prices. But for 2$ off, I bought 2. Now lets see if I have enough self control to eat only 1/2 a pint.

KeepComingBackParticipanton Watson, and
One of my favorite places is on Watson-Rich and Charlies. Great Italian food salad bread at an affordable price. I dont care how good the food is, if it’s overpriced I don’t enjoy it.
