Haha…I’ll pay to see trained seals catch tossed mackerel bits and do neat tricks anyday!

Yeah, those seals used to put on a good show down at the zoo. And the monkey show was always first rate!

Your guys’ “automatic outs” are hitting .400 with 67% of the teams’ runs.

Atlanta has first female umpire tonight and on MLB channel we got a little kid umpire in training! What’s next trained seals?

It’s definitely gotten weird. Pretty good discussion about trained seals though. Didn’t they usually have pretty girls for their shows?

Yeah, the zoo was always, and continues to be a lot of fun for the kids and the big kids like me…Haha! And the one in StL. has always been first rate and world class. And admission is still free! How neat is that deal? My son told me that the SD zoo charges right around $50 for admission.

Yadi told them he was going to sit on them if they didn’t hit tonight.

Got a new pitcher Matt Swanson and a 5 run lead- great job by McGreevy!

McG took advantage of the opportunity.
Pages/McG broke their poor trend and Pages is contributing in the lineup. Good game by both.

I still don’t understand the Eddie Gaedel HPU gimmick.

The grandstands look to be occupied by a few more backsides than has been the usual as of late.

You don’t see that often. Contreras gets hit by a bouncer running from first to second for the third out. Would have been an easy play to get Burleson running to 1B anyway.

Oddly enough, Burleson gets credited with a hit on that by rule even though it was an out.

Can they hang on and win this one??? Cubs have a rally here in the 8th.

And the Brewers down the Mets 3-2. Starling Marte was thrown out at the plate in the top of the 9th to end the game.

Cubs better be careful. They don’t want to fall 6-7 games behind Milwaukee.

Man that umpires taking a beating tonight! He may need to borrow somebody’s motorcycle helmet! Probably seeing double by now.

Yeah, that’s 7 consecutive W’s for the Brewers to place them 27 games above sea level which is 7 games better than any team in either league.

Edit; I don’t guess there really are two separate leagues anymore.

5-0 win. Nice game. Burleson, Walker, Pages, and of course McGreevey are heroes. Also, another great game by the bullpen.
