KeepComingBackParticipantToday’s game I had that old feeling in my gut when I really cared. Not fun. Not exiting. Just cared.

KeepComingBackParticipantNice play in LF from Church. Can’t hardly get any better execution on the turn and burn throw to the IF.
Kept the dp in order. Without it who knows. And the next catch you mentioned. Is Church ovreall better than Siani? What say you!

KeepComingBackParticipantGorman must have dogged it out of the box or he’d be situated at 2B.
He wasn’t to first yet when the ball dropped.

KeepComingBackParticipantI’m still waiting for Saggesse to score. JAG in every way. It’s a rebuild. Play Church. Maybe he starts hitting and you have a player you can use going forward.
KeepComingBackParticipantGScott hit the nail. We have to be honest with ourselves with our internal evaluations and act accordingly.
KeepComingBackParticipantGood discussion all around. ATM makes sense why they don’t have Crooks here now. Good points by all. Ideal scenario if Rainiel could hit and play third. I’m thinking about Blings suggestion to trade Herrera. Let’s pretend he’s hitting and you get offered a 2-3 war outfielder.

KeepComingBackParticipantSooner or later they’re going to stop serving Walker high pitches. He hits those.
April 7, 2026 at 8:27 am in reply to: St. Louis 2026 Game #10 thread – Monday, April 6 at Washington Nationals #304163
KeepComingBackParticipantAs far as the bullpen-thats easily fixed when they’re ready to spend $ on wins. That’s not what the rebuild is about. We are finding out what we have here now that we can use when that time comes. And I’m convinced it will.
KeepComingBackParticipantWilly Con stirring it up.
Foul Territory on X: “”That’s the 24th time that they hit me in my career. They always say ‘I’m not trying to hit you.’ That gets old. So next time they hit me again, I’m going to take one of them out. That’s a message.” Willson Contreras didn’t hold back after being hit by a pitch against the https://t.co/ts0HAHEjiy” / X https://share.google/I1OFHEIsdZDSydkZl

KeepComingBackParticipantWith May’s ERA at 15.95 and Urias hitting .167, it might be argued that Bloom’s talent acquisition for the MLB roster is worse than Mo’s.
But it cost a lot less for Blooms poorly performing acquisitions.

KeepComingBackParticipantThat’s the point ATM. He isn’t ready for ML. He needs more development. No reason to bring him up unless he plays.

to critique Burlsons defense at first?April 3, 2026 at 1:13 pm in reply to: St. Louis 2026 Game #7 thread – Friday, April 3 at Detroit Tigers #303885
KeepComingBackParticipantHopefully the new regime is smart enough not to bring Jordan up before a meaningful stint in AAA.
I think they have a plan they will stick to. Rushing guys to the ML team probably isn’t part of that plan.

KeepComingBackParticipantI’m thrilled with the start for BJ, Baez, and Crooks. They’re where they belong right now, at aaa learning and getting daily reps.
