Never understood Schwarber hitting lead off all the time.
He Will always get the most plate ap’s for one. Also the DH will see pitches to hit. and if you have a good 8 hole OBP guy it is a reasonable strategy methinks
Well Pugsley: You have too much knowledge of the Cards to think we will win after a game where we get a ton of hits! I put the over/under at 4 hits tonite
Bike: I will go old school and listen to KMOX like my dad and I did when I was a kid. It will be a cool, throwback. West coast
I listen to KMOX even if the game is on TV using MLB Audio ($4 a month) for the same reason. I can hear the whole game in 45 minutes just by clicking the 15 second advance between pitches and commercials.
Except for Rooney our announcers make me ill so I hear far less of them. BTW you can call MLB and a LIVE chick will answer hook you up as long as a game is in progress when you call

to paraphrase Les Nessman, he hit the ground like a bag of wet cement
Nice one
(Nice for DeJung too)
Yeah, LeGrand, he’s got the okay from me too. I almost hope he gets caught and we won’t have to worry about him for awhile
Amen brother!
Don’t go crazy now Dom (“Haha!…Sign him up for 5 more! Two run TATER!”)
His fat contract must be running out so wifey gave him the OK to get back on his PEDs for a while …but I will try to enjoy it while it lasts
