If i was a big-league manager making millions i would hire a coach specializing in teaching hitters not to swing at balls that land in the dirt. Some times that bounce off the plate. I was watching on the Cubs feed (I’m in Peoria) and this Jim DeShay announcer is actually mocking the Cards. This is payback for Cards announcer mocking the Cubs uniforms last series, calling them ugly soft-ball uniforms.
