Pozo needs to lay off the Carnitas and Cerveza at the cantina. Lipo won’t help him if he has a poor off-season regiment.

Youngsters in the bullpen taking some lumps – gotta do it so we can separate the wheat from the chaff.
I long for the day when I never have to see Mikolas pitching for the Cardinals….
He and Sonny can open a restaurant to replace Shannon’s and Stan & Biggie’s – Pozo can be the chef?

I don’t know about the rest of the season on Gorman, ZTR. I do know after 115 games Gorman does have a better ops than Winn, Nootbaar, Arenado, Scott, Walker and Pages (6 starters). Good luck to them all, “the rest of the season”.
Well as I said, you get good starting pitching and you always have a shot. You don’t, and it does not matter much how much offense you generate, it is tough to win.
And of course the bullpen needs to hold its own. None of that worked out last night, and despite scoring six runs it was a blowout.
We simply have to somehow find or develop at least two, and ideally three good starting pitchers for next season and beyond. Get the pitching and build around that.
