Just read the local newspaper. He is home for the basketball game. He won’t attend today since the game is at the other team’s venue. His team can win the championship tonight. But if there is a 7th game he will attend.
He got into it with a referee a few weeks ago and kicked the ball. He apologized. He got into an argument with the other team in the final coach via Instagram. He threatened him. Then had to apologize but it was a less than sincere aplogy.
Last night game I think represents my biggest concern. We had 12 hits 7 from Goldy and Arenado. They were the only one with rbi. We need others to step up.
It depends which will be biggest liability, DeJong’s putrid offense or Gorman’s glove. At this point you can make a point for keeping DeJong because of Edman’s defense at second but I don’t see DeJong as the long term ss for this team.
For the two years we had Ozuna, Yelich won the MVP and came second the next year. Ozuna was average at best for those two years.
Never liked him. I wanted Yelich for the high price we pay. But Yelich sucks now too so it just hurts we lost Alcantara and Gallen
He is not a treasure he is a solid player but nothing spectacular. His defense is way above avg but his offense is average at best.
Do you ever comment on anything else but Edman? WAR is a good tool but all that says about Edman is that there are not that many good second basemen. He wouldn’t get a sniff of an MVP vote.
