They struck out 17 times 3 each Goldy and Nado. The Giants struck out 14 times but took advantage of our bullpen.
Yeah too many players slumping Contreras, Gorman, Edman. Goldie and Arenado not hitting at their usual level.
why in the world does he keep Gorman batting third? He is in a severe slump. Put him 6 or 7 until he figures it out.
Well not every player is a stellar defender. If Gorman and Walker can play average defense I have no problem with them. They are both learning new positions.
Marmol should be fired just because he keeps putting Gorman third. He did better as 5th or 6th. That’s where he belongs. He strikes too much to be 3rd spot hitter.
Yadi is too happy having fun in Puerto Rico with his money. No way he wants to manage at least not for now. His managing of the Puerto Rico was pretty bad.
J Mack the Padres have used that uniform many times before. As ridiculous as it is it has nothing to do with pride day.
Eddie is #62 tied with 5 others at 30 runs scored for MLB lead. Adolis Garcia has 47 with about the same OPB and average
Edman is batting .259 I thought Esteemed Rats wouldn’t think that’s good enough to bat leadoff.
Just for reference his OPB. at .319 isn’t great either for that spot
