Did Derek Holland give us trouble today? No, he didn’t.
Thank God for Tommy Edman…we would not be in the Play-offs without him.
We need more hitters with the approach that Edman’s has.
By the way, Tommy Edman is batting .307…without him we aren’t in the playoffs. He is our position player of the year.

As long as Yadi is catching and can babysit Carlos we should keep him.
I wouldn’t trade Carlos as long as Hicks is out.
Without Tommy Edman, the Cardinals don’t win the Central.
By the way, DeJong has the best fielding Pct. for any SS in baseball with a .098. Lindor is 6th with a .979.
IMO if DeJong got injured Edman would be the everyday SS.

DeJong has a 4.0 WAR and has an extremely team-friendly contract 6 yrs 26M plus two club option years thru 2025.
DeJong isn’t going anywhere.
Tommy Edman needs to be in the line-up every day and I don’t care where it is.
I give Maddon the middle finger every time I see him on TV…he is a POS.
I hope we eliminate them tomorrow and they fire that POS Maddon.
