Go Cardinals!When we played Cincy in that last series and the extra innings futility to score game the small ball game came into play. Our inability to bunt was obvious. I bet Yadi knows how and I bet Willie McGee could teach it. Going to the strictly DH has killed the bunt cause the pitchers were to one’s left to learn it. Afraid that was gonna happen. Wow glad that’s over with. All that fruitless rips was making my Blood pressure go up. What can you say? Ineffective at the plate but showed resilience to hang in for the win. I love that scrappiness. We go back home with a win.
