Not worth even following today.
I come home to learn that supposedly the game is FREE on Peacock via MLB….
so…. I flip on Peacock on my ROKU device… and what does it say to watch
the game…. UP MUST UPGRADE!!!!WAIT WHAT????? MLB say’s it’s a FREE GAME.
As others mentioned at the beginning of this Thread… What are they trying to do…
ruin MLB baseball…. they are on their way.Now I hope Yeppy’s tater relaxes our offense and we finish out loose and score some more in the bot 8
My positive comment…. I’m so glad to be able to see this game.
My Negative Comment…. the camera equipment being used and commentators
is like third world. The only clear pictures on my TV are the center field
behind the pitcher….and the dugout side view of the batters.All other angles are kinda blurry or a tad bit out of focus.
Definitely not what I’m used to seeing with Bally or Fox or ESPN.
Maybe it’s my TV provider, Spectrum, and the spectrum app I’m using on ROKU.
Also…the roving reporter, Alden Gonzalez, seems like he just got out of high school.
Sorry to be so negative… just calling them as I see them.
Just my opinion…..but I think if a pitcher has to go out mid “at bat” because of injury… the
batter should get a clean slate and start the “at Bat” over with zero strikes and zero balls.I wonder how many people out there, missed Albert’s #699 and #700, because it was broadcast on Apple TV?
The game was free to watch, but you had to sign up for an Apple ID account (which I believe is still free), and have an Apple TV box, or a computer, or a mobile device.
You could have watched the game, if you had some of the items above… but how many Senior Citizens or people that are technically challenged are going to go out and figure all of that out.
Another one of MLB’d blunders!!! (although they didn’t know that Albert would hit 699 & 700 during that game)

I see Yepez Tator above…. But that was 9-0.
Rats!!! I would have loved to see 701 off of that Chicken Wing pitcher.
I can’t stand Kimbrel…. Just because of that stance.Maybe we should have more Apple TV games.
Could be that Danny Mac and Edmonds are jinxing us during their broadcasts…. With all the “He’s Due”…. And “I can feel one coming” comments.
They keep going on and on and on about the Shift…. why don’t they employee the BUNT to counter against the shift???????????? Sounds pretty logical to me!!!
I guess their analytics is against doing that. grrrrrr
60 years ago…. my grandfather owned his own semi and he used to haul beer and empty beer bottles between Indy, Cinci and Chicago. He always had various brands of beer, in his basement, at his bar.
Someone mentioned Falstaff earlier. I remember he had that… and he also used to drink Blatz.
He also had one of those big old Pool Tables that he got from a pool hall somewhere. The kind with real thick slate and big square legs. I loved that pool table.
I’m ready to see the Red’s go home. 5 games is to many to play in one stretch.
Especially for our bodies and the stress. haha
As was mention earlier…. a 10 run spot in the bottom of the first inning, and
then pull away the remaining eight would really be nice.Have fun at the game today Willie!!!!! Should be a wonderful day weatherwise.
