Hopefully McGreevy has a good game but unfortunately I think the Mariners win this one comfortably about 9-2.

Anyone have an opinion regarding the comments made by Marmol and B. Brown yesterday regarding their unhappiness with Jordan Walker for not incorporating their hitting recommendations? I find it interesting they would discuss it publicly. I’m assuming it is a last ditch effort to light a fire under him.
There are 2 ways you can look at this increase in prices. The first is purely from a revenue perspective and the other is the optics of the decision. I’m of the opinion that the DeWitts only care about the revenue component. Given that they know season ticket sales are going to go down based on this year. It is a simple calculation based on the elasticity of demand to calculate how much of a ticket price increase is needed to offset a certain ticket sales decline to keep revenue the same.
The optics that this sends to the local fan base however is terrible and is certain to burn some long term bridges. Will alienated fans come back when the team starts to win? That is a big gamble to take in my opinion. To big if you ask me.TB base running blunder right before a HR and an automatic double that bounced over the fence means Mikolas only gives up one first inning run instead of three.

Jnlevel – IMO all prospect lists should be taken lightly because it is impossible to correctly predict how good someone in A ball or below is going to be despite the scouting reports. Even Doyle at number 2 who has never thrown a pitch in professional baseball is just a guess.
