KeepComingBackParticipantI’ve been out of viewing area last 2 games. Should see the rubber match tomorrow. Winning a series at Wrigley is a good thing.

KeepComingBackParticipantI been sitting here with my phone examining my finances. Not much reason to look up so far.

KeepComingBackParticipantThey got away with walking Cutch in front of Pitts best hitter-Reynolds.

KeepComingBackParticipantScott has an extremely natural athletic build. I see him as a guy who stays healthy. Has 1 10 day dl oblique strain.
June 30, 2025 at 4:50 pm in reply to: St. Louis 2025 Game #86 thread – Monday, June 30 at Pittsburgh Pirates #286098
KeepComingBackParticipantI look forward to innings that have both Scott and Winn due up. A ton of fun on the base paths.
I think Scott will own leadoff next year and moving forward. He’s still learning how to adjust to what they’re trying to do to him in-game pitcher to pitcher. He’s got a little flare to him and I don’t think leadoff is too big for him.

KeepComingBackParticipant
Leahy.
I haven’t forgotten you pointing out how many good pitches Leahy has and that you think he could be a starter,G.

KeepComingBackParticipantDon’t forget Lib Forschy-He might be the best surprise of the year.
KeepComingBackParticipantI’m thinking Hence as eventual closer. I know we all want him to start-but there just isn’t any positive movement in that direction.
KeepComingBackParticipantJj we can be pretty well assured they won’t take on any salary.
KeepComingBackParticipantExactly Forsch31. Cost is high and none of those guys have more than 2 years except Crochet, and you aren’t getting him.
KeepComingBackParticipantMinimal reward comes from minimal risk.
I would love to have any of those pitchers. Who are we ready to give up for a 1 or 2 year rental? That’s what always makes me laugh.
KeepComingBackParticipantI’m more upset over the game time than Roku.
Preacher was wrapping up his sermon in the 6th inning
KeepComingBackParticipantIf you have directv you must have easy access to Roku. You can watch the game today free without signing up for anything. I already checked. I’m older too, so I get what your beef is. But it’s only a game here and there. Old saying. Don’t cut your nose off to spite your face. And not to be mean, but nobody cares if you dtop the games. You only hurt yourself. So now that you’ve made your first post ever, come back and talk baseball with some pretty intresting characters.
KeepComingBackParticipantWe definitely have to add pitching before 26′. Crochet just signed a long extension. The rest of those guys are really good but are free agents in 27 or 28. Not sure we are ready to trade for those kind of guys just yet. We will need 2 or 3 starters minimum. McGreevy and Graceffo could be 2. Doubtful any one else is ready by than from aaa. So we have to get some level of pitching from either the trade or fa market.

KeepComingBackParticipantThe Rockies lost their 5th in a row today. It’s 2 days before July and they have 18 W’s. I’m expecting Manfred to conjure up some sort of a mercy rule for
In one of those stupid clickbait websites they have Mo going to the Rockies next year. That should help!

KeepComingBackParticipantGorman gets a nice swing on a lefty thrown out at second. How long do you think Noot will be on the DL?
June 28, 2025 at 4:56 pm in reply to: St. Louis 2025 Game #84 thread – Saturday, June 28 at Cleveland Guardians #285897
KeepComingBackParticipantI was about to mouth off about this game. Not in a good way. Glad I declined and kept watching.

KeepComingBackParticipantI have a cold walmart pot pie leftover. I bet airfrying it would bring it back to life nicely. It was a nice week for investors. Maybe tomorrow I go to Culvers.

KeepComingBackParticipantCIF I think the players did a better job of protecting themselves from dirty play than any of today’s rules. Today’s rules robbed us of plays like Dom talks about. And when there are dirty plays there’s nothing they can do about it without hurting their team by getting the pitcher ejected next time dirty player bats.
