Look at Alvarez #’s. That’s what a dh should look like. We waste that position by being cheap. Sign a professional dh and give your guys their days off.

I have long wished to see Liberatore in a role where he could put everything he has into 15 pitches. Still, I am not convinced they are done jerking him around.

When a one tool players one tool is slumping its a problem. Especially when there’s no other healthy alternatives.
It is my impression that Winn hits higher in the order against LH’s and lower in the order against RH’s, which is ironic since he has reverse splits. But he also has a much higher batting average hitting lower in the lineup.
If you go to the beginning of this scrum, that was my original point. He’s hitting well and I would probably just leave him alone. That was an IF you move him up, he should be left there without jumping him up and down.
If noot ever shows consistent health I like winn/noot 1/2 and Donovan ninth. So really you have your wish every inning but the first.

OK LA bat him leadoff. But don’t jerk him back and forth between 8th and leadoff depending on the handness of the pitcher.
Burleson should never bat before 5th. Winn should leadoff when ready. That’s the question, when is he ready? But if they decide that he is ready, he needs to be left there.
Albert I notice the same thing. Dang Mikolas makes one bad (horrible) pitch but otherwise pitched great. Let’s bail him out.
Hence struck out 9 and walked 1-but gave up a hr and 4 er in 5 innings yesterday. Org loves strikeouts. So they love Hence. I’m skeptical of this player. I liked Graceffo before the shoulder. Yep if the offense continues to score and the pitching stays pretty good we have a pretty fair team to watch. I think they were pretty close to shooting Ollie and a few others out of the saddle when our resurgence started.
