Oh. I see you changed it to Shuster.
I accidentally put Pushard I think because I saw him in the box score.
I just like having 3 of them. You play some teams that can go lefty dominant in the lineup in Cincinnati, Milwaukee and Chicago Shuster can spell one or both if they are used the day before or in garbage time. We are going to need someone when Svanson gets sent down.
At this point Svanson may need to be swapped with Ryan Fernandez at Memphis.
I’d rather bring Shuster back. Got to be some dead weight on the 40 that can be thrown away. Scares me facing Cincinnati, Milwaukee and Chicago with only 2 lefties in the pen.

Pitching was not great today. McGreevy velocity dip means he’ll have games like this. Oli was worried in Sacramento about hard hit balls.
Ugh! Likely our best chance to cut into the lead. Our 1-5 get one more Crack at it. Not looking great.
We haven’t been crippled by injuries like a few teams have so far. It can have a bad trickle down effect.
Either the third one is a charm or maybe it is time to consider another career. His body is pushing him toward the latter, it seems.
Izzy is only one of a handful of pitchers to make it back after a third TJS. So it is not impossible.
Packy has already a plan set in place for life after baseball. He got his real estate license when he was rehabbing in 2024 IIRC.
I imagine this might be it for him. Feel bad for him. Both sides to a gamble when he signed a 2 year minors deal. Also a shame because of the lack of lefty relief depth.
We finally got a runner to 2nd due to defensive indifference but Church grounds out and game over.
Pallante and the 38K in attendance deserved better. Day off tomorrow. We’ll see about Winn’s condition.

It’s getting better. However some will point out if it wasn’t for Oli they’d have less. Lol
Long way to go, but if the regular season ended today, the odds on favorite for Manager of The Year honors would have to be our very own Oli.
That would make several thousand of our fan base very unhappy. Handful on here as well.
