Better be 2 runs ahead before you put JoJo in thats the 2nd time this week hes given up a homer in his inning.
Yeah Willie that beaner he threw looked like he released the ball way too soon. Was losing it right there so now here we are 3 runs later.
Nice hit batting backwards by Donovan and give that one to O’Niel too with his steal. I like both those guys in the lineup.
Yeah Bling and the wiggle balls too! Tonight’s game is a big question mark for me. Will flapjack last more than 2 innings? Will Poblo Cruz go more than 2? He’s supposed to be a lifetime AAA reliever with occasional ML starts. Trying to sneak him in under the rug? Could turn into the battle of the pens. Let’s score some runs tonight so we don’t have to scrape something together in the 9th.
I have also surmised part of our problem has been lack of Din-din support. I’m doing my part by having Boneless round steaks and home-made deep fried potatoe chips! Go Cardinals!Scrappy but no cigar. Thought I was in a time warp had to check my date on the phone! Way too many strikeouts tonight. Batting Albert vs Rh ain’t working again. Goldy hitting again lately. This games still well within reach.
Great rebound. Looking like our Cardinals again. Excellent team win with a lot of tight moments. Pitching defense and hitting all came through.
It’s a Winner!That’s a neat memory Carter- I think we had one like that floating around our family to. Didn’t have any webbing and looked like a giant brown cream puff stuck on your hand. Guess that’s what the old-timey ones were like.
