ParticipantWe are playing some bad ball. Even our coaches. You can’t have a shift where your first baseman can’t hold someone on with less than two outs.
September 16, 2022 at 8:05 pm #200923Din-din here was chicken Parmesan, tossed salad, and because it is Friday, instead of a tall glass of water it was a cold, frosty one.
Man, third inning not going well. The thing is nothing has been hit hard, but just out of reach. Jack a little wild as well.
Edit – Add garlic bread to that din-din menu.
September 16, 2022 at 8:05 pm #200924How do they do a Dp in slow motion ?
September 16, 2022 at 8:05 pm #200925Turns out Cincy only gets one.
September 16, 2022 at 8:07 pm #200926The Yanks are helping us so far.
Mid 2
Yanks 5-0 over the Brewers
September 16, 2022 at 8:09 pm #200927One more than we got right now BikeMike
September 16, 2022 at 8:15 pm #200928There’s a gift.
September 16, 2022 at 8:17 pm #200929But O’Neill’s wheels steals a run.
September 16, 2022 at 8:17 pm #200930Nice hit batting backwards by Donovan and give that one to O’Niel too with his steal. I like both those guys in the lineup.
September 16, 2022 at 8:17 pm #200931How can a team forget how to hit?
Who drank Jobu’s rum?
September 16, 2022 at 8:20 pm #2009321982 willie
ParticipantI don’t know how a guy like edman doesn’t bunt with nobody near third base. Just crazy, easy hit
September 16, 2022 at 8:24 pm #200933
stlcard25ParticipantMan, teams run for the hills with lefties against this lineup. We’ve faced the third fewest lefties by PA of any team in the league.
September 16, 2022 at 8:24 pm #200934Bad Goldy-bad!
September 16, 2022 at 8:24 pm #200935I’ve switched from Bud to Coors just on the basis of the commercials.
September 16, 2022 at 8:25 pm #200936And just like that…. Adames hits a homerun.
Yanks 5
Brewers 3heading to the top of the third
If the Brewers updates are bothering anyone… just let me know and I’ll stop them.
September 16, 2022 at 8:33 pm #200937Curlo keep it up. Did you notice the lowly Cubs swept the Mets at home? Gotta love that! Hate those E. Coast teams.
September 16, 2022 at 8:37 pm #200938Man, this game is de ja vu all over again. Nobody can hit and the opposition constantly with runners all over the base path.
September 16, 2022 at 8:38 pm #200939My Gosh…. how many Pitchers do the Reds have?????
September 16, 2022 at 8:39 pm #200940The one part of Edman’s game that is lacking is his refusal to work on bunting now and then. He could really be dangerous with that skill for the defense to deal with.
Man, Bell going through hurlers like Elizabeth Taylor had husbands.
September 16, 2022 at 8:39 pm #200941I’m more concerned about catching the Mets to get that 2 seed and a first round bye. Actually more likely than Mil catching US!
September 16, 2022 at 8:40 pm #200942It appears the mojo we had in August and early September is officially gone! Hopefully we will regroup before Oct 7
September 16, 2022 at 8:41 pm #200943
stlcard25ParticipantComing into tonight, September has brought the worst team batting average and on base percentage of any month this year for the offense. OPS is also the lowest since April. It has not been a good month for the bats, despite facing some weak staffs.
September 16, 2022 at 8:41 pm #200944End of 3rd.
Yanks 5
Brew 3September 16, 2022 at 8:49 pm #200945Man, Bell going through hurlers like Elizabeth Taylor had husbands.
If she had married Mickey Rooney they would have a divorce world record
