We have a ton of pitchers ZTR. Problem is we only have a couple Good ones. Our ace is average for most teams.
Well getting blown out again. Maybe Baker will pitch the 9th today. This stuff has gotta be really embarassing for the Cardinals staff. Starting to wonder if wholesale changes are needed. This one was over in the 4th inning.
General observation drom about a month ago- Our runs scored against us seemed to be largely grouped in the first 2 innings and the last 3 innings. Guess we’re equally as bad in starting as well as closing pitching!
Don’t know how Walkers gonna hit MLB pitching if he doesn’t visually follow the ball to the bat. His eyes are elswhere when the ball crosses the plate. Contreras hung out to dry.
Well we were good for as long as Mikolas lasted. Go Cardinals! Better keep Hicks hes about the most consistent we got.
Yeah Bling JMart used to drive me crazy swinging at head high fastballs. Everybody has a sucker pitch. With Bader it was low outside of the outside corner.
Contreras lead off double but followed by a Walker shallow fly out to right. Conteras still parked at 2nd.

Guess if the folks at the ball park wait it out they may get to see both games? Use to love double headers here in Fla. Had an old AA Team in town for many years. During rain delays everybody left would crowd up under the overhang on the upper seats level and drink beer and bs each other. Good times Small town minor leagues stuff. Glad I got to do it!
