Man…. I would have run on Tommy Boy on that second out.
As soon as that ball left the players hand towards first….
I would have taken off for home. Test him!!!“Don’t forget, it’s actually Mr. Esteemed Rat..:)”
My sincerest apologies Mr. Esteemed Rat. HaHaHa
Yep… it’s been a long long time since I’ve been up 57.
When I was in high school… mid 70’s…. my grandparents
lived across from North Elementary School in Washington.
Made many a trip from Mt. Vernon up to Washington back in the day.Glad you got your belly full. Have a good evening and GO CARDS!!!!
“Din-din today is the weekly trip to the Gasthof, the Amish restaurant. I hope they have my usual table by the window available for me. If not, I guess I can find another table by another window.”
Good Afternoon Mr. Rat…… hey….. what do you know about this place called “The Fish Hut Pizza” place in Petersburg???
We’ve heard a lot of people talking about their Fish Sandwich and wondered about it.
We’re meeting our Kids in Washington around noon on Friday… and thought we’d maybe drop down to Petersburg to try it out… then jump back on 69 and head back home to Evansville.
Do you know anything about the place and have an opinion???
(honestly…. I’d prefer the fried chicken at Gasthof myself… but the wife is a “Health” watcher and cholesterol is not on her menu… but she’ll justify having a Fish Sandwich… go figure. 🙁 )
Just play your game Legos….. don’t over cook anything!
Let’s get a DP here.
OK…there is one….. Now let’s get the DP.
There is two….. now just one more!!!!
YES YES YES YES YES!!!!!!!!!
Great Game!!!!!!
Can you imagine what the crowds would be like right now at the stadium….
if we were only 1 or 2 games back of the Brewers. They would be ultra crazy!!!!LOLOLOLOL…. Flip Flops and Goggles spaced out around the floor of the clubhouse.
Love a 6-2 lead…. but I’m jealous…. I would love to see a 10-2 lead at the bottom of 8.
Who’s our closer going to be????? Place your Bet’s!!!!!!!!
where is this Ump at tonight?????? My gosh he’s been all over the place with his calls!!!
Geezzzzzzzz
ALRIGHT TJ!!!!!!! Way to coax that grounder!!!!
Nice inning!!!!!!
YES YES YES YES YES YES YES!!!!!!!!!!!!
Again….. YES YES YES YES YES YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
How about a 2 Homer night Dylan????? Let’s go!!!!! Nope. 🙁
DeJong should have been on 2nd with a steal… that would have put him on 3rd… but the flyout killed it anyway.
With the Brewers having the division locked up…. do you think they will play
Hader anymore… until the playoffs?Or will they play him here and there to keep him in the groove for the playoffs.
Also…. Waino not getting the bottom zone calls. My belief is that
he’s thrown at least 5 pitches that should have been strikes.OK… to all you arm chair managers out there.
Would you have played Yadi with Waino today…
since they play so well together… just to up
the comfort level….and get this win to clinch????(understanding that Yadi is dealing with soreness)
Agree Mike… If it were Edman or Bader or one of our speedsters…
I would have definitely sent them… but Goldy….. ehhhhh… not so sure.Would love to have had a possible two run lead right now.
Would love to see a little run here to give Waino a lead and a cushion.
Did they call that a strike on Tyler???? Wow… they didn’t give that to Waino last inning!!!!
I originally through that Arenado turned his ankle on Sunday during that pop-up.
But watching the replay… he just slipped.
Thankful he didn’t turn an ankle.
“Why no molina today. Kind of weird he isn’t catching waino”
I think they said shoulder soreness. I believe that’s what they said.
“Molina was scratched from Tuesday’s lineup versus the Brewers due to shoulder soreness, Jeff Jones of the Belleville News-Democrat reports.
Molina has apparently been dealing with the injury over the past few days, and he won’t start Tuesday’s contest after initially being slated to work behind the plate. Andrew Knizner will take over catching duties with Adam Wainwright on the mound as the Cardinals attempt to secure their spot in the playoffs.”
Tyler enjoying the show the other day…….
If I were a bachelor for the next 6 days…. I think all my days would be spent in St. Louis at the ballpark.
🙂 🙂 🙂 🙂 🙂
“Still no go. How does Euro do that?”
When I do it…. I have an account at Imgur.com and I have to upload the image there… then I have to share the link to the image in my message.
I guess this platform doesn’t have the server capacity to hold all the images that we would attach.
I can understand that. It’s a pain to do…. but it accomplishes the task.
“start out watching the Colts/Titans game”
The Cardinals game can’t come fast enough Rats.
I can’t put up with Wentz anymore and the Titan’s offense
are just making minceemeat out of our defense.Well… the Defense came to life with :49 remaining to half… then Wentz takes a SAC!!!! GRRRRRR
Looking forward to some positive play out of the Cardinals here in a bit.
Was it a game here in Chicago that the umps said we took to much time for a review????
Well…. the Cubs just spent about 35 seconds with no definitive answer as to what they wanted to do.
They went to commercial… so I guess they timed out…. no review.
8th run was Golding slamming a HR.
Left and Center fielders didn’t even move when Goldy hit it.
They heard the crack of the bat…. and knew!!!!!
