Yes, I believe so. Where else would they be? They “only” have four catchers, which outnumbers their outfielders by one. Makes one wonder why Scott Hurst was jettisoned…
Well, nothing surprises me. The MPB team has had three outfielders on the active roster and played infielders out there instead.
I don’t know where else they might be, but why would they all be there.
Left-handed pitcher Packy Naughton is scheduled to begin an injury rehabilitation assignment with Memphis today.

Moran had already been announced as signed but was on the restricted list until now (likely while final approvals were secured). Sometimes what gets announced is not entirely accurate in content and/or date.
He was DFAed by the Guardians the other day, so the price was likely low.

If they wanted that kind of guy on the 40 man, why didn’t they put Motter back on it. He’s been jerked around enough to be used to it.
I wouldn’t be real surprised if O’Neill sits out most of the season.

Yeah, O’Neil may actually be done done -as in call it a career…. clearly something pretty serious going on with him.
