This is the info I was going off of.I’ve been searching online but I can’t find the answer. Does anyone know what is the contractual details of Lester’s ‘mutual option’ for 2022?
I feel like the ASG is usually at least a week earlier than it’s listed next year.

In previous expansion drafts, has there been draft pick (or other) compensation for the team that loses a player (beyond the $ from the expansion fee)?

I believe he and McClellan had a radio show together back in the day in Des Moines. It was a hot stove type of show, IIRC.
Do you think Tony Cingrani gets a look from the FO for next year? Was there any updates on how he looked as his rehab continued with the Cards after the trade?
If I’m reading the new CBO tweaks to the QO’s correctly, teams will now lose their 2nd overall pick for signing a player with a QO attached to him. There are other nuances, but that can be read here:
