Michael wanted that 2-2 pitch and I can’t say I blame him.

Royals are fortunate to escape trailing by only a run. Looked like the HPU’s expecting a stuffed envelope at the conclusion of this game.

Uh oh…Das boot puts baserunners at 2B and 3B with 1 out for the Royals.

And they make the Yankees pay for the E-6 throwing error with a 2 RBI base hit…Go Royals!

I saw the pitch where Wacha K’d Torres, only to have the ump turn that AB into a BB. I didn’t watch much of the rest of that inning. Did the ump engage in other shenanigans besides that pitch?

SD already in business on a base hit from Arraez followed by a PB a WP and a BB to Tatis Jr. Baserunners at the corners with no one out in the 1st inning.

There were one or two more questionable ball/strike calls in that half inning, Euro, but the one you mentioned really changed the complexion of the inning.

Perez really takes command of the Royals defensive alignment. Reminds me a lot of the guy we watched for 19 seasons.

Lorenzen K’s Judge and then gets victimized by the RBI single from Wells.

Outstanding defensive play from Massey sends the game to the 7th tied at 5-5. Good baseball game at Yankee Stadium.

He was CS. They’re in NY and the Gambino family made a call to the control room on that one…

Yankees take a 6-5 lead and the Dodgers threaten with runners at 1st and 2nd with little Eddie standing in…Lots of action in these two games!

I’m still laughing about that pitch to Ohtani. I think I’d have rather taken my chances with Betts and the bases jammed.
