We are having grilled salmon tonight. Not sure what else but am guessing either mashed potatoes or rice, and a big tossed salad that includes home grown tomatoes.
DeJug just swung and missed two fastballs right down the middle on a tee. Does anyone have his strikeout totals since he returned from Memphis?

Tonight we are having taco salads with chicken alongside cheese and beef enchiladas delivered from the local mexican restaurant. A little queso on the side.
Wow…..the din-din hits just keep on a coming. Scotty with a beautiful array of Mexican food treats heading his way. I might have to send my Dinty Moore beef stew back to the cupboard and look elsewhere.

Sprouts is the only place we can get salmon for a halfway decent price.
DeJong hits a home run about once a week, so he manages to stay in the lineup. But he is not the long term answer at short.

We went for chicken livers cooked in butter with plenty of sage, then flambeed with Armagnac tonight, with fries and a salad. Celebrated Sunday with an apple pie and ice cream. Mmmm!
Well Woodford in an impossible situation really. He comes out there after not pitching in so long. If he gives up a hit and allows the runner to score, it looks bad. If he gets out of it which he did, he probably still will be out back in the bunker for a while.
Mantiply is an unusual name. Sounds like something my buddies and I would have made up as kids. We used to make up our own teams of guys that had characteristics like real players. We had baseball and football teams of made up guys.

Knizner strokes a base hit to center and Andrew’s bat had been coming to life in this series….sweet.
Nooty grounds it to Rojas at 2nd and his hesitation with getting the ball out of his glove is going to cost them the twin killing…..they get just the one out at 2nd base.
Albert whacks a hard grounder thru the box and out into center field for a base hit. Tommy E. will pinch run for Albert and that will do it for Mantiply.

Arenado slaps a base hit to right and in comes Nooty with Edman churning up turf right behind him and Tommy will score the go ahead run….5-4 Good Guys…….Goldy moved around to 3rd base on the play and listen to the crowd.
Arenado steals 2nd base.
Gorman strikes out swinging.
