Donovan is an option, but I would give Gorman starts against lefties and let him get some reps. He’s a potential future star and projects to be an every day player some day.
But understood – Donovan would be the other option, and probably better than DeJong.
Yikes – Cabby can be an adventure. I was there 10’days ago in Denver when he was throwing batting practice. That was brutal.
This Rojas kid is a good looking player.

I was thinking the same thing about Rojas. The kid is a player.
Good job by Cabby to get the job done. That nickel curve he kept throwing to Kelly was weak, but it looked to make the fastball that much quicker.

Nooty smokes a liner fair down the line in right and that’ll rattle around in the corner and now it gets by Varsho….in comes Edman…..in comes Knizner…..and Pop is waving Nooty around 3rd and the throw home won’t get him…..7-4 Good Guys on a Nooty inside the parker…..nope, looks like the official scorer is giving Nooty a triple and the right fielder Varsho an error.

AZ 4At one time Albert was a very good baserunner. Remember when he had the habit of running through the 3B coach stop?
Ooo, man – thinking Knizner would jump all over that 2-0. That pitch just laid out there saying “hit me”.
Not a bad pitch to hit 3-1, but fouled it back, before taking the BB.
