Wow, Siegrist looked great! Here is a situation where I would bring him back for the ninth. No way Mike will do that of course, and there is something to be said for it as you love to have him build his confidence on that outing. Bringing him back might not go so good in the ninth.

I dont see the point in this. Yeah we’ve got injuries but what’s the worst that happens at this point? We play worse?
This is spot on. Some year we are going to get through a year without half the team (or more) being on the DL.
I still fear that the front office will just do as they’ve always done, make some miniscule trade and try to act like it’s a big deal then say that getting guys back from injury is like a trade…I hope that I’m wrong about that but…
This, it’s the Mo way of doing things.
Carpenter needs to sit if he is going to play defense like that, move your damn feet and get in front of the ball. Just a pathetic effort.
