Flaherty pitching great and two excellent bunts. Edman leading the offense again, from the seven-slot. If Flaherty goes 7 innings, I like our chances because Hendricks doesn’t look as sharp as usual. We can easily take this series if they execute their game plan.

Watching the Fox broadcast, what’s with the face closeups? Very annoying. Is that supposed to appeal to the ladies or something? I don’t need to know who nicked themselves shaving.

Couldn’t agree more. These national broadcasters, and ESPN is even worse, always favor the Cards’ opponents and the big media teams. Almost impossible to watch.
