Kinda knew that was coming from Goldy. Swung at one in the dirt, would’ve loaded the bases, totally lost. Just a big zero, what a disappointment. Up to Arenado now. Probably the last good chance to score.

Like I said yesterday, Philly has a lot of swing and miss in the pen and the Cardinals are sure doing it.
With Goldy and Arenado both in epic slumps we are cooked.
Welp, it sure seems like this one is in the bag for Philadelphia. Sad way to end the season, with a total whimper. But it’s the Cardinal way. When’s the last postseason series we actually put up a fight in? 2019 Braves? Before that, 2014 I guess.
At least they got rested up the final week. Should be raring to go in Spring Training.
Arenado made some noise at the deadline but none in the postseason.
