Thanks for the basics guide Brian. Just a matter of holding your breath now. College players should be the priority because the organization needs help sooner than later.
Everyone who agrees to terms will either go to the Jupiter Complex or StL for physicals and testing. From there, they will be assigned to teams. I expect some will go to full-season clubs.
Right Pugs, McGreevy would be ideal. But if there is a 100 MPH guy on the board they probably go that route.
I want the 110 mph guy. 110 mph fb, nasty curve, 65 mph change up, pin point control – and hits .300 with power.
Bednar is off the board at 14, probably the first college pitcher who might possibly have fallen to 18 to be off.
Assuming we go for a college pitcher it looks like we will have a good selection with two more selections before us.
