I get your point. However, Reynolds has actually produced at the MLB level more than any of those three have yet to do. But I wouldn’t overpay for Reynolds for the very reason you alluded to.

bling. Carlson has been an enigma. Got to get him hitting to this potential. He seems to be noticeably better hitting from the right side.

bling, actually, Burly seems to do a pretty good job trying to stretch the field. I do like Donovan’s approach. The Cardinals are fortunate to have some well rounded young hitters like Donovan and Edman.
