You have to win this game. Up 4-3 the bullpen needs to get it done. That’s why using Brebbia yesterday made no sense he has been the best lately. Hudson, Hicks, Mayers, and Norris need to get their act together. Even if we make it to the playoffs the bullpen remains a huge weakness.
The problem with Machado is how many years does he want. Long-term contracts are killers. If Donaldson takes 3 years I may consider it. Him or Moustakas for 3 yrs is doable.
Martinez is better in RF than at 1B. Still I agree O’Neill should be playing but he won’t because Martinez is a butcher at 1B and Munoz needs all the help he can get.
