I predicated big games from Carp and Molina… lets get it started this inning
September 28, 2019 at 6:47 pm #109048What was that Ozuna????
How about a little effort on the fly ball!!!!
Geezzz
September 28, 2019 at 6:50 pm #109050There is one player that needs a day off as he looks worn down (Dejong), one that looks lost (Bader) and one that needs to change approach (Ozuna). Why doesn’t Shildt make an adjustment to the line up?
September 28, 2019 at 6:50 pm #1090511964, it is because Shildt is going to stick with his guys. It is not new. That is the way he manages.
September 28, 2019 at 6:57 pm #109052Bader K’s to end an inning… what a shock
September 28, 2019 at 7:04 pm #109054Guess you better go with the wife. Things go alot easier that way. Still at least 2 more games to play, hopefully more Senor Pugs!

stlcard25ParticipantLooks like we will need to depend on the Rockies to help us again tonight. The Cards simply cannot give up so many automatic outs at the end of the lineup and expect to compete.
Oh, and we are going to waste Flaherty, our only chance to win a playoff series, in a game 162.
September 28, 2019 at 7:13 pm #109056We need to get a run this inning.
September 28, 2019 at 7:14 pm #109057This offense is a joke…
September 28, 2019 at 7:19 pm #109058Even if we have to use Flaherty tomorrow or Monday, it will be the likely scenario… he will pitch a great game with no run support and Schildt will pull him and now we rely om our bullpen and for someone to come up with a big hit. lol
September 28, 2019 at 7:21 pm #109059if we are not playing until Thursday, it wont be because of what we did but because of what the rockies did.
September 28, 2019 at 7:24 pm #109060if we dont score a run next inning, I am watching some college football.
September 28, 2019 at 7:24 pm #109061Shildt is going to stick with his guys.
Hey, if it ain’t broke don’t fix it. Shildt’s legacy is going to be two awesome late-September face splats if he doesn’t get a little smarter very soon.
September 28, 2019 at 7:27 pm #109062Dodged a bullet there.
September 28, 2019 at 7:27 pm #109063Ozuna caught that because he only had to move a couple steps, other wise its a double.
September 28, 2019 at 7:39 pm #109064I think we can live without Fowler and Ozuna at 236 and 243. Pop flies become adventures with Ozuna. Not worth $12 million in the market.
We can also live without Miller. We might have clinched this thing if Miller hadn’t pitched the ninth of that 19-inning game.
September 28, 2019 at 7:40 pm #109065this will probably be Wainos last inning. Will it be his last regular season game as a cardinal?
September 28, 2019 at 7:42 pm #109066Looks like Molina is the only one who can get on base. Carp might as well bunt behind him since he whiffs every time. Sad thing is the Cubs look better at hitting in our park than we do.Our biggest excitement so far has been Molina getting hit by a pitch.
September 28, 2019 at 7:43 pm #109067Babe Happ does it again! Oh my!
This one is over if the Cardinals continue to score one or two runs per night. It does not help that “Fire Starter” Leone is potentially the next pitcher.
September 28, 2019 at 7:45 pm #109069Shit performance yet again
September 28, 2019 at 7:46 pm #109070Is Ozuna lazy or just doesn’t care?
September 28, 2019 at 7:49 pm #109071ozuna is both along with a few other cardinal players
September 28, 2019 at 7:49 pm #109072Waino is thru tonight.
September 28, 2019 at 7:49 pm #109073I’m gettin’ that sinkin’ feelung again….
September 28, 2019 at 7:50 pm #109074
stlcard25ParticipantWaino looks bad as he has all year tonight. The offense has been putrid and the Cards might be playing their worst baseball of the year at the worst time. It’s like they’ve all packed it in for the year already and forgot that they actually have to win a game to help their cause.
