Saw Miller in there too Euro…
September 24, 2019 at 11:30 pm #108310Sadly dexter won’t record a game winning homer
September 24, 2019 at 11:30 pm #108311Could feel that one coming. You don’t score for 8 innings, you probably don’t win.
September 24, 2019 at 11:31 pm #108312Miller all you had to do was keep it off the plate!
You throw that junk up there!
September 24, 2019 at 11:31 pm #108313I have opened my 5th of Kraken
September 24, 2019 at 11:33 pm #108314Yay, free baseball! The way they’re swinging, the Cards look like they’ve got several more scoreless innings in those bats.

Participantwell this is why ive never been big on miller. everyone was excited back in the spring but to me hes just there to get big lefties the teams aren’t gonna pull. if a right hander is up there, get him out of there. another great game by Flaherty goes unrewarded. I haven’t seen a good swing by a cardinal in so long I think they have forgotten how to swing the bat.
September 24, 2019 at 11:37 pm #108316This game will be over in the 10th
September 24, 2019 at 11:37 pm #108317DBack dinger tie game in 9th. Extra innings!
September 24, 2019 at 11:37 pm #108318Flaherty throws 7 shutout innings and gives up just one hit, which was a hit only because it took a weird bounce, and can’t get a win. He threw that 8-inning masterpiece at Wrigley and couldn’t get a win there either.
September 24, 2019 at 11:38 pm #108319JMart leads off the 10th by playing cricket with a 3-2 pitch that was easily ball 4 and ends up striking out.
September 24, 2019 at 11:44 pm #108320All three Cardinals batters strike out in the 10th. All three swung at some ugly pitches out of the zone. They have very little focus at the plate tonight.

Participantwell this game was going quick and I stayed up to watch. but bad pitching by miller extends the game. probably gonna have to call it a night before this one is over. hopefully wake up to some good news but we are looking sad at the plate.
September 24, 2019 at 11:46 pm #108322‘Nite all….recording
September 24, 2019 at 11:57 pm #108323With all these bull pen guys sooner or later somebody will give up a run, hope its them
September 25, 2019 at 12:02 am #108324Cards have a great chance to score in the 11th. Goldy struck out, Ozuna walked and then Yadi singled him to 3B. Carp up now with runners on the corners and one out.
September 25, 2019 at 12:04 am #108325In keeping with the theme of the night, Carp fails to deliver the go-ahead run by striking out on 3 pitches and he looked awful in doing so. Now up to DeJong.
September 25, 2019 at 12:09 am #108326In DeJong’s previous AB, he struck by swinging at a couple of pitches way out of the zone. This time he lets a first-pitch meatball go for a called strike and ends up striking out. Threat ends as expected for how this night has gone. Good night.
September 25, 2019 at 12:16 am #108327Cards threaten to score in 10th, DBacks throwing wood repellant balls !
September 25, 2019 at 12:34 am #108328This is the Cardinals offense I am afraid of coming down the stretch and into the postseason.
September 25, 2019 at 12:36 am #108329Cabrera in for Helsley.
September 25, 2019 at 12:39 am #108330Left handed pitcher for our future. He does seem to have some snap on his pitches
September 25, 2019 at 12:40 am #108331We need every game, hope we get this one.
September 25, 2019 at 12:45 am #108332I’ll tell you what. Yadi didn’t ask for any breaking balls when Rojas got on but that appearance by Cabrera was pretty darn solid. Rojas stroked a 3-2 fastball into right but that was impressive. Guy is a tad unpredictable but he’s got a couple out pitches as a reliever of he can tame himself.
September 25, 2019 at 12:45 am #108333Edman waiting for a fastball.
