My wife story: about 2 months married and she resented my 3 hrs. a day devoted to baseball. I talked her into going to a day game with hope that she would enjoy the stadium experience
She brought her new hobby of knitting to the game and barely looked up at the action. Our pitcher walked the bases loaded and the crowd’s mood was getting dark with murmuring and chirping.
THAT got her attention. She stood up, made a megaphone out of my program and shrieked WE WANT A PITCHER NOT A GLASS OF WATER!!!
Speechless was I.Shoot, the wifey is making me come to din-din in about 20 minutes here. I hope we put a few on the board here quickly so that I can eat free of worry.
Funny Carter! I thought for sure a wicked foul ball was coming her way in the midst of her knitting……that Carter just happened to be looking the other way at the time.

Probably in the minority here but unless the Cards take the lead I pull Mikolas. I have confidence in the bullpen and no need tô push guys tô their limit
