February 10, 2020 at 10:36 am #121907Sales on tickets for all 2020 midweek games have already begun – $6 free concessions with a $6 ticket. This is one way to get to 3.4 million.
From the Cardinals:
To celebrate pitchers and catchers reporting for Spring Training, the St. Louis Cardinals have announced a special 12-hour ticket flash sale beginning tomorrow at 10 AM CT.
Fans can purchase tickets for any Monday—Thursday game (excluding Opening Day) for just $6.
Additionally, each $6 ticket purchased will be pre-loaded with $6 in Cards Cash for fans to use towards concessions or merchandise inside Busch Stadium.
Fans can purchase up to eight of the special $6 tickets per person, per game. Games available in this special sale include matchups with the Cubs, Dodgers, Nationals, Braves, Phillies, Royals and more.
Tickets will be available at cardinals.com or via phone at 314.345.9000. Again, this special ticket flash sale will only be available until 10 PM CT on Tuesday, February 11.

February 10, 2020 at 12:17 pm #121922I’m going to be in the area for the Padres series and want to take my friend and his son and my nephew. Only issue I have is I’m not sure of the schedule for all of them. Friend has work and a new 1 year old along with his other kids and my nephew plays baseball as well. My brother doesn’t know the schedule yet.
Don’t worry though. I’m sure they’ll be plenty of cheap tickets on Stubhub. lol
February 12, 2020 at 11:48 pm #122274The #stlcards will be featured early this year in MLB Network's 30 Clubs in 30 Days series – Tuesday, Feb. 25 at 6 p.m. CT.

March 27, 2020 at 11:38 am #125437The London Series between the #Cubs and #STLCards scheduled June 13-14 have been canceled, The Sun in London, reported. The games now will be played in St. Louis, if baseball resumes. The #Cubs and #STLCards will now play the London Series in 2021.

March 27, 2020 at 3:51 pm #125452Or maybe not…
Just FYI, MLB says no decision has been on the #Cubs–#Cardinals series in London in June. There was at least one report today that it had been canceled.

March 27, 2020 at 5:52 pm #125454They should’ve cancelled it a couple weeks ago. Would rather of had the home games even if it’s in front of no one. Why we gave up 2 home games was questionable to begin with. Both teams should’ve given up a home contest.
June 24, 2020 at 9:56 pm #131416We now know that four teams are tentatively scheduled to open their season on July 23. The other 26 will open the July 24.
Still waiting on the details, but here’s what we know for now. https://t.co/Lm0qvPbtEg

June 26, 2020 at 8:30 am #131521This is a general story on the schedule with some non-specific details. The tweet comment relates to the time zone benefit of playing in-division. Sadly, the blackouts remain.
From Bob: “This will be a schedule built for primetime TV, with the highest percentage of games during local markets’ prime time in baseball history…” https://t.co/sLCu5XjaES

June 27, 2020 at 1:54 pm #131650One of the two opening day games looks to be the Yankees and Nationals.

June 27, 2020 at 4:34 pm #131654Long thread, but the short version is that it may take a while for the schedule to be released.
Good thread on why we may not see the MLB schedule that quickly. https://t.co/MEwANraRsO

June 27, 2020 at 11:16 pm #131686Don’t the Reds usually open up the season at home? I would think they’d be a part of it but this is different times than the usual.
June 28, 2020 at 12:04 pm #131694Don’t the Reds usually open up the season at home? I would think they’d be a part of it but this is different times than the usual.
For years and years the Reds traditionally opened up the MLB season but that tradition seems to have gone by the wayside in recent years.
June 28, 2020 at 12:20 pm #131700Tradition can be ok – but only if Manfred can monetize it. 😉
June 29, 2020 at 1:35 pm #131822I was asked about a rumor from Tommy on the segment before me. Since CWS and NYY cannot play in Field of Dreams Game due to div. schedules, #stlcards and Cubs was suggested as one alternative. Tommy was clear it may be nothing, but I think it would be a great London replacement. https://t.co/04zSOojd08

June 30, 2020 at 11:28 am #131881Asked about this over weekend, heard: 1. MLB would still like to play the game. 2. Union had not yet signed off on it 3. Because it is regional competition, #Yankees will not play #WhiteSox, most likely replacements in order were #STLCards #Cubs #Brewers. But fluid situation. https://t.co/VyZFuNeO4Q

June 30, 2020 at 8:00 pm #131904Any word on when a schedule will come out? Maybe by the end of this week, early next week?
June 30, 2020 at 8:04 pm #131905A question for Brian. What kind of stadiums do they have in England for American baseball? Since I know nothing about Cricket, or the size of their playing fields. Are those fields similar? I would guess they would have temporary stands and walls.
June 30, 2020 at 8:19 pm #131906Scroll down to the “Venue” section…
July 1, 2020 at 1:58 pm #131951Full schedule not expected until early next week, says Mo. Told me he was fine with the first version he saw.

July 3, 2020 at 12:38 pm #132133I guess this would have been “BREAKING NEWS” 60 days ago, but for the record…
