It looks like it will be Romero.

Man, Arenado had a pitch to hit on the 1-1. I thought Noot must have been running and had a big jump the way he took that pitch.

Arenado has been taking some really good to hit pitches down the middle this year. It seems his hits are coming in bad to hit pitches going oppo.

And then the strikeout swing looked like a hit and run – but you usually don’t do that with two strikes. Wonder if Noot is missing some signs.

Arenado is due for regression with the way he has been swinging unfortunately. His current BA is a decent amount higher than it should be.

Goldy needs to make ‘em pay for missing that foul pop up. Jeez – called out on a pitch right down the middle.

Now it could get dicey. Even up by two I feel we are only 50/50 at winning this one.

I don’t really like this pinch hit.

Herrera has really come down to earth after the strong early start.

It uses 2 players. And is Herrera going to be better than Burleson?

I know Goldschmidt is 2-4 but he has 2 k’s looking. Should’v ripped that 2-0 pitch last AB. Swing the bat Oldy!

Olive Oil played the handedness splits. Herrera fail.

    Nice average but no power.

I misspoke on them having to use 2 players up in the pinch hit because I forgot Burly was the DH and Donovan was in the field. I still didn’t love it but I understand a bit better.

Jose Davila had been unscored upon at Low A this season as a starter but he’s given up 5 so far and the 1st is still going.

I think you have to. Go for the wins while you have a chance.

This team can’t afford to give away games.

And one “hit” was really an error. It seems more than any player Goldy takes good pitches. Not just this year – it seems like he has done that his entire career. I have never understood it.
