Pugs, you won a dinner tonight.
If the wager was with anyone not named “RatsBuddy”, LACard. Our Cardinals have better odds of winning this year’s World Series in 4 games than I do of Rat making good on his bet.
Well once again we don’t beat Hendricks. Two outs, two strikes….nobody on base. Well, at least we still have a shot at winning this one.
Culture problem. Massive change needed all over the place. Clubhouse, front office, coaches office all need major overhauls. This is a franchise atmosphere problem.
We just need to get rid of all our relievers. It’s apparent none are major league ready. The object is not to hit the batter.
Now Gant plunks a cubbie. What’s going on with our staff? Ron Hunt would have loved playing both with and against our 2021 Cards…..oh you’ve got to be kidding…..Gant just drilled yet another cubbie….this can only be classified as an all out HitByPitch Fest…. unbelievable.
Can we find one freakin reliever that doesn’t suck. Jeebus, these guys are pathetic and spew liquid matter out their back ends and down their legs onto the mound at the first sign of pressure.
Edman just about added to the diarrhea fest bobbling the ball before getting that last out.
