well I missed the first couple of innings. I tune in to see ozuna miss a ball he should have caught, then watched Molina just get lazy and let one get by him. ozuna is hitting but apparently no one else is. I liked schildt starting Martinez but it wasn’t enough. anybody for fowler would have been an improvement. how bout moving edman up in the order. even Flaherty isn’t solid tonight. im gonna keep hoping as long as we got outs but its hard.
Not good Flaherty giving up singles to lead off batter every inning now. Bull pen time? Getting a single each inning now. We may be able to get back in it if we stop them from scoring.
Well people, we jumped 40 years, from a 1964-esque run in the regular season, to what is shaping up to be a 2004-esque run in the post season.

It doesn’t seem that way when they actually get a fastball and then do nothing with it.
This team massively overachieved this year. I’m not sure how to square that with a manager that I think is terrible, but this collection of players with how they played should not have won more than 81 games.
Birdman, I agree, but can I request adding Carp to your list? Eat half his salary and send him to the AL.

brebbia picked a bad time to just throw pitches down the middle. their pitchers have executed, ours haven’t at times though mikolas and waino actually pitched well. their hitters are getting clutch hits, ours are just striking out or just hitting easy fly balls.
Y’all still watching that trash? I turned it long ago. Like after the first hit up the middle for the Nats. Knew it was over then.
