I understand now why Shildt pitches Flaherty today instead of holding him. I questioned it at first but I just read some stats of JF last 8 starts heading into today. In Flahertys last 8 games, he’d pitch 60 inning and gave up 8 runs, 6 of those runs were in 2 starts to Crew. My apologies Mr. Manager.
