A BA article linked to this tweet my one of their authors. The Cards spent the 2nd least percentage of their bonus pool. Interestingly the Brewers were 3rd least.

I see the data as two distinct groups. Ten organizations were 100% or lower. Twenty were at or just below 105%. No one was between 100% and 104.2%. To me, this basic distinction is more important than the ranking among 30.
As noted, the Cards are in the lower group. The news is that it is the case for the first time in years, maybe ever. I recently wrote about it here.
