No TD haven’t seen any games this week but been watching the recaps. Dang sorry I missed another helicopter!

Saw Jack went 7 innings the yesterday and Montgomerys looked strong today. Things are looking up!

As long as hw doesn’t fling it into the dugout I’m good with the helicopter!

Man, DeJong looked like he was carrying a piano on that dribbler that he got thrown out on.

When are we going to get Goldschmidt into the 3 spot so he has a chance to hit a non-solo homer?

He’s had tons of chances in lots of games over the past 60 days to hit homers with guys on base. He just hasn’t.

Evidently not a good spot for a fastball to Bell. Bringing in the gas now. Hicks

Bell with a ringing double to right-center, sends Monty to the showers. Hicks has looked better of late. Seems to be gaining some confidence. Let’s see if he can stay in the zone and keep this score where it is.

Monty maybe a little better today than he’s been over the past month but still not real sharp.

Caught a break on the yellow line double, but may have went to the BP one hitter too late. As for the yellow line, why even have it? Wouldn’t it be a lot easier to call a HR based on whether or not the baseball clears the entire wall?

Hicks even runs fast when he covers first! Wonder if he does everything fast?

Don’t know why he’s glaring at the HPU. He watched that baseball as it blue right by him for a K…

Hicks gets ‘er done. He might be a “2011 Jason Motte”. I believe Motte, a hard thrower as well, was used in middle relief and set up much of that year, and got better and better. Tony installed him as closer sometime after the break and he was dominant.

Alright, it is too nice here to sit around. Gonna take off on about an hour bike ride, but will dial in the KMOX broadcast of the game. You guys bring home a winner and let’s get this road series.

“Jason Motte”…I recall in a post-game presser after TLR was told of something Motte said, TLR, with a rare smile on his face, replied, “If he really said that, he’s dumber than he looks”…Haha!

I don’t see them going to Matz in this close of a game. And Helsley went an inning + yesterday. He didn’t throw a lot of pitches though. And neither did Gio. So maybe those two get 8 and 9?
