Rat, I thought the Dodgers should have tried to trade for DeJong after Lux got hurt in spring training but they didn’t. They could have had him for free. If they try it now it will be harder for them to get the Cardinals eat the money considering how well PDJ is playing.
Just think, the Yankees could have gotten DeJong instead of Bader. All they’d have had to do was ask.
Yes, but now they’d have to give us at least some kind of mid level prospect back and pay him completely. And that might still be a good deal for them.
