Arenado not in the lineup tonight might be addition by subtraction the way he has been playing. Maybe Waino and Flaherty can give him an intervention.

Hey, Wooster, remember Nado and the “Copter Throw?” Haha!

Willson has pretty good wheels for a catcher, I hadn’t noticed that before.

Yeah TD he was developing a new defensive play-probably working on it tonight in the bull pen!

Yep Wooster, it’s probably no coincidence that you were active in the thread where the Cards snapped the losing streak. You and Pugs being MIA might have to shoulder some of the blame for this horrible start to 2023. Sounds as reasonable as some other ideas being tossed about.

Maybe you’re just comparing him to what we’ve seen the previous 20 years

But seriously though, he does run pretty well.

One of the few times this year Hicks retires the first batter he faced.

Well Euro it got so bad I. couldn’t watch the games. The starting pitching was so bad we were always way behind and out of reach by the 3rd inning. Maybe half our team being in the World tournament thing threw everything off? The spring training teams were mostly AAA guys. Hopefully just taking a long time to get rolling.Sure will miss Pugs. If anybody knows him give him a jingle!

Man, we are just expecting too much from our pen. Day after day.

The batter facing hicks is what really confuses me this day n age. It’s like these guys don’t pay attention to what pitchers do before they play them. Hicks has been walking guys a lot, why would you go up there swinging at three pitches. only one of which might have been a strike. It’s great for hicks n us but it boggles the mind

OK I’m going to go back to talking crap about skinny legs, he was doing better.

Edman going RH vs the RH again.

Haha! I was once situated in the cheap seats on the 3B side as Molina attempted to score from 1B on an extra base hit that rolled to the wall against the Phillies. Not only did he not make it, but I could hear one of his connecting rods slapping against the crankcase all the way up where we were watching from as he rounded 3B on his way to being called out at HP…The near capacity crowd was deafening as he was burning around the base paths…Haha!

Wasted a lead off double. That hurts.

Correct bling. Asking your bullpen to go four or five innings a day is a tough way to make a living.

9 out from taking the first game off the Cubs.

As a bonus, Hicks didn’t implode.

I’m about 50% of the way there to let DeJong out of my doghouse. He’s still got work to do.

    Can. They. Hold. On?

Understand Wooster. Not sure what my breaking point is, but I could find some other ways to spend the evenings if the stink keeps going into the summer.

And now Hicks with the free pass. Better get back on track now.

LOL TD that must of been worth the price of admission! Watching Burleson the other night reminded me of Yepez last year after a high fly ball into the left field corner. He chased it face first into the corner and it came down and bounced off the top of his head
    I was in stitches!

I’d like for the fellas to make this uncomfortable 1 run chair I’m sitting in a little softer with another run or 2.

Oh, it was, Wooster! Like I mentioned, the crowd was going crazy. Even though he was called out at HP, everyone in the stands around where we were sitting, including myself, was laughing and giving each other high 5’s when the play was over. It was great!

Haha! I think I remember the Yepez adventure in LF, Wooster! Euro posted a misplay of Ozuna in LF that has to be an all time classic. Some of those are more entertaining than the spectacular OF plays.

Nice to see The Nootz cross HP and pad that 1 run lead.
