    Which begs the question why Woodford was left off the roster. One of the only pitchers on the entire staff with a sub-3 ERA

    Yeah, but Woodford keeps teams off the scoreboard in a way they don’t like.

    Woodford has a 4.3 K/9. The analytics says that does not work. Mo worships the analytics and Ollie wants to avoid philosophical differences. That’s why Woodford’s results don’t matter.

    The pitching decisions Oli made had a very scripted feel to them, especially the pull of Q.
