8 years since the last world series appearance. time to get rid of the dead weight. 1) trade with Cleveland for Jose Ramirez and Roberto Perez for (of) Jason Williams , (of) Tyler O’neil and p Carlos Martinez. a little more would not hurt. Ramirez can play outfield and 3rd base, switch hitter and only 8 or 9 million in 2021 and 11 million in 2022. Roberto Perez at catcher. would be up grade Yadi and cheaper. 2) trade or release Matt Carpenter he’s calling to strike out first is enough. trade with Texas for (of) David Dahl a left handed hitter should have been anyway. trade with teams talent is not that great,time to move on.
