Goldschmidt has to show value or no team will give us anything for him. Essentially a salary dump for a low A player. He also needs to waive his no trade.
NA it remains to be seen. He can be better at the plate. I have some hope. LA might overpay but he needs to hit better.
This can have a trickle down to the pitching but if anyone has any motivation to continue to do work it’s Lynn and Gibson. They might even fetch a better prospect(s) than Goldschmidt.
Kitridge could nab us a AA top 15 guy.
Helsley would nab us a couple of those. I don’t want to trade him but I can understand how people may want to. His value may never be higher.
Don’t forget about Middleton. Lol
