    Paid - Annual

Thinking about the lack of offense, for now think I would have both Herrera and Contreras in there every day, and play Donovan at second. We need all of the guys who are hitting at least a little bit in the lineup – Winn, Contreras, Herrera, Arenado, Nootbaar and Donovan.

Yep, Herrera in. Donovan for Gorman or Walker (Noot to RF).

And I would go this way pretty much day in and day out for awhile:

    Donovan
    Winn
    Nootbaar
    Arenado
    Contreras
    Goldschmidt
    Herrera
    Walker/Burleson/Gorman
    Scott/Siani

Rule 5 guy in the 8th of a one run game. I’m confused.

Man, both Goldschmidt and Arenado had a pitch to hit, and both skied it on the infield.

The Redbirds score less than a bachelor with bad breath…If they get shut out tonight they’ll be last in the NL in runs scored.

Table setters not doing it. Noot is trying to start rallies w/2 out.

Brewers just won yesterday 1-0. We may not get 2 shutouts all year.

Ricky just mentioned the Cardinals have only thrown out one base steeler all year so far.

Will Burly be the hero or the goat?

Maybe Shady was right about Burly all along.

It’s a bit sad that I would rather have almost anyone up with the bases loaded and a chance to win it than Goldy. He just takes too many fat pitches anymore. Hopefully they can find a way to win it in extras, but you had to like all the momentum they had there in the 9th.

Too bad there was no one to bat for Goldy.
